Description
Day 1 : Marrakech - Ait Benhadou Kasbah - Zagora desert
After having an early breakfast, you will start your Morocco desert tour across the magnificent Atlas mountains and the 2260m Tichka pass toward Ouarzazate. On the road, we will stop at Kasbah Ait Benhadou for a while to have lunch. We will then go across the Anti Alas mountains by Agdez village along Draa valley’s appealing kasbahs, gardens and palm trees until we reach Zagora stone desert.
Later on, we will go on camels until the Bivouacs where we will watch the splendid Moroccan Sunset and spend a peaceful night in the safe camp amid the colourful sand dunes.
Overnight in zagora desert: Camp /Breakfast/Ride camel / Dinner
Day 2 : Zagora – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Early in the morning, we will get up to witness a fascinating desert Sunrise and enjoy a saharian breakfast. Straight after, we will go to Zagora town center to visit the Jewish district Amezrou which has always been famous for the Silver caravan trade. We will then return to Ouarzazate via the alluring Daraa valley where we will stop every now and then for some photos. Right after lunch in Ouarzazate, we will hit the road acroos the High Atals Mountains back to the Red city.
