Description
Distance : 70 km
You will depart from your hotel or riad in Marrakech at 9:00 am. Throughout the trip, we will stop at the traditional
markets of the region: Tahanaout (Thursdays) and Asni (Saturdays). On the way, we will stop at the Argan oil cooperative run by local women and witness the manual preparation of the oil from the nuts. Once in Imlil village, the driver will introduce you to your local mountain guide who will take you to explore the Amazigh villages surrounded
by all kinds of mountain trees such as almond and walnut. You will also have the opportunity to go on a mule ride if you get tired or do not want to walk through the theatrical views of the countryside. Then, you will enjoy a typical Moroccan
Tajine lunch traditionally cooked by an Amazigh local housewife, followed by Moroccan mint tea
for digestion. After lunch, we take the road back to Marrakech, one hour and a half away..
